Visa Requirement

With the exception of countries with visa exemptions for travel to Ghana, individuals entering Ghana must obtain a visa.

Visa-on-arrival can be arranged for guests who require a visa. If you require assistance with your visa application, kindly indicate this during registration or send an email to kwakupinkrah.k@queensu.ca with your registration details, passport bio data page and travel dates.

Countries with visa exemptions

  • Guests from all 16 ECOWAS member states
  • Guests from Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Swaziland, Tanzania, Kenya, Singapore, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago.

Countries that qualify for visa-on-arrival

  • Egypt and Rwanda

Registration & Badging
Only registered persons with badges will be allowed to access the main conference area.
Participants are encouraged to pick up badges on Tuesday 22nd October, 2024 upon arrival. Individual badges are not transferable.

Tour and Site visit
Beach sandals/slippers: Participants who wish to participate in the beach rave are encouraged to bring along beach friendly footwear and attire.

Dress Code
Conference days: The recommended dress code for the conference gathering is business suite/official wear and traditional wear.

Dinner gala: Black tie or cocktail attire.

Catering
Coffee and tea stations will be provided at designated points within the conference area. Small bites and beverages will be provided during coffee breaks. Participants will be served with lunch.
